Over the years, as a Coeliac and having spoken to many Coeliacs and those with a gluten intolerance, two things that are very much missed are home baking and the nostalgic smells it brings to your home. Our goal is for you to “Fall in Love with Food Again” while enjoying the process and the taste of your creations from your own oven. We are proud to produce our baking mixes for home bakers and novice cooks straight from my family kitchen to yours. We strive to change perceptions of gluten free home baking one mix at a time and for generations to come. We want those nostalgic smells to take over, that feeling of jittery anticipation and excitement as you wait for the oven to ping.
